Delivery & Shipping Information
With the ongoing Covid-19 situation, orders are being sent from our London, UK site and as such items may take a little longer to arrive than usual. Please bear with us and thank you for your support during this challenging time.
Whilst Covid-19 is ongoing, all items are final sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be granted. By ordering with us, we take this as your acknowledgement, acceptance and agreement to the final sale (no returns) policy. This notice supersedes our usual return policy.
We ship our orders from the US to all over the world, below is an estimated shipping times for orders depending on your chosen shipping method.
Orders received between Monday - Friday are sent on a bi-weekly schedule, on a Wednesday and Saturday. Any orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or National Holiday will be sent the following business day.
Heavier Products (US Delivery)
For shipping weighty, items such as tableware, bedlinen and storage bags (this list is not exhaustive), these are charged at a flat rate of $8.
For standard shipping, this is $4.00 for orders under $80 and free on orders over $80
As a nod to our British roots, we offer a flat rate $5 for delivery on orders under $100 and free on orders over $100.
For standard shipping, this is $20 flat rate for all orders.
For standard shipping, this is $15 flat rate for orders under $150 and free on orders over $150
This is a flat rate of $30 and takes approximately 7-21 business days depending on country.
Free International Shipping on orders over $200
Please note for international orders, the customer is responsible for all custom duties & import taxes. Please also be aware that shipments can be held in customs for a long period of time and this is beyond our control. We would advise you to contact your local customs office directly. We are not responsible if your items are held at customs and we are also unable to provide refunds under such circumstances.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to charge extra postage depending on the weight of the parcel and will notify you by email.
Once we deliver the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise and BubbleChops cannot provide refunds if your items are lost in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the destination address is correct at the time of checkout. Addresses cannot be amended once the order is fulfilled.
If you decide to refuse any shipments, BubbleChops will not process refunds of any kind. If the postal service is unable to deliver the shipment or the parcel is uncollected from your local depot leading to its return to us, the order will not be refunded.
Parcels may require a signature upon receipt.
If you would like to receive your items urgently, we can offer expedited courier shipping worldwide - please contact us for pricing as this will depend on the weight of your parcel.
If the weight of your order exceeds the USPS limit for standard delivery, we will email you to let you know that the order will need to be sent via priority mail and any difference in postage cost must be settled prior to despatch. If we cannot reach the customer in these instances, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
