Return Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will more than happy to accept returns for a full refund or exchange providing the item is returned back to us within 14 days of the order date.

All returns must be pre-authorised by email - hello@bubblechops.com before sending the merchandise back. No exceptions.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we have received your return, this will be processed within 2 business days and an email notification will be sent to confirm your return.

Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, with the brand tags attached (if applicable) and in its original packaging. Shoes must be unworn in their original box as this is considered part of the product. BubbleChops will not accept non-faulty items that have been worn, used and / or garment tags removed.

All international orders and discounted merchandise are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. 

If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us before placing the order. We have the right to deny any returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our Returns Policy requirements.
